Shayla Persaud leads the development and execution of LBP’s marketing and communications strategy to elevate the profile of the LBP brand. In this role, she produces experiences designed to support the goals and ambitions of the professional beauty community through events, education, and daily inspiration.


Her primary projects include LBP Education, The EmpowHERment Project, Late Night with Tev Finger, and Idealogue.


Earlier in her career, she served as Interbrand’s Marketing & Events Director, leading in-house marketing and events for the global branding agency.
