As Senior Vice President of Education, Kate Paolino is responsible for overseeing field education opportunities, identifying training needs and developing an unparalleled team of educators across all LBP brands in order to provide salons and stylists with groundbreaking trends, techniques and inspiration to help their businesses. Her responsibilities also focus on defining the field sales approach, with a particular emphasis on encouraging the expansion of LBP’s education reach.

Kate, who joined Oribe Hair Care—LBP’s prestige hair care brand—at its inception, develops technical training programs and large-scale industry events, including “Oribe Backstage” and “LBP Front Row.” Both events delivered top-of-the-line education and entertainment experiences, which drove sales and supported LBP’s long-term strategic growth objectives.

Prior to her current position, Kate was Director of Education for Oribe Hair Care, where she partnered with the sales, marketing and innovation teams to create a tactical education curriculum. Preceding her time at LBP, Kate was the Senior Manager of Curriculum Strategy and Development at Bumble & bumble. She began her career at The Estée Lauder Companies in 2002 in Executive Leadership and Development. Raised in Barrington, Rhode Island, Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in classics with an emphasis on Latin from Dartmouth College. She currently resides in Miami, Florida.
